The American Revolution Resource Guide!

Welcome to the American Revolution Resource Guide for your United States history course. In this guide you will find materials and resource that can be used to enhance your teaching and provided the best possible learning opportunities for your students. In the sections of the Blog you will find curriculum enhancing materials, both textual and visual Primary sources, student research websites, suggested journals and articles from academic professionals, and alternative reading material for students to interact with.

The American revolution is a very important part of any U.S. history class. By using various sources in various formats, I hope to provide you with enough material to ensure that all students in your class make meaningful connections to this important time in history. In an effort to avoid just the American perspective, various sources from the British and other nations have been included as well to help your students gain some historical perspective.

My hope is that this guide is useful to all teachers who want to use more or new material in their class curriculum. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns about the material presented in this guide.

Sincerely,
